In the restaurant business, cleanliness and customer safety are vitally important; management and staff at Balboa Pizza ensure that proper steps and procedures are taken every day. With the impact of COVID-19 (coronavirus) on our valley, we wanted to share the extra steps we are taking in order to keep customers and staff members safe.
It is important to Balboa Pizza management that our staff and customers are healthy, safe, and comfortable in our public environment. With every passing day, going out to eat is a privilege, and we take our customers’ loyalty seriously and welcome their business with strict procedures in place.
In addition to our standard stringent cleaning procedures, which follow industry guidelines by the Southern Nevada Health District, Balboa Pizza staff is also following processes put into place by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), including daily briefings with staff, updating them on any daily developments, and increasing the sanitizing frequency of all areas of the restaurant. Regularly high-touch areas and work stations are regularly disinfected and condiment bottles (ketchup, mustard, salt and pepper) have been removed from the tables. In their places, customers will be provided with condiments upon request, which include individual packets of parmesan cheese and red peppers in lieu of shakers.
Just like you, we are closely monitoring developments from the CDC and local authorities, and we’re prepared to do whatever necessary to ensure the health and safety of our customers and staff.
We wouldn’t be here without our customers. During this time, our staff is happy to take your orders over the phone and package everything to go for pick-up. We also are honoring all normally dine-in specials and coupons for take out. For those who would like to visit, we want to ensure your safety at our place. All patrons will be placed the recommended distance apart and capacity will be kept to a minimum. Don’t be afraid to call ahead, and we can let you know how it’s going before you head in. Thank you for your patience. We’re all in this together.
Stay healthy and take care of one another,
